We had a couple of leaks but they were not occuring at same time. Guan came over to investigate a few times to properly investigate. After the repair work was concluded he monitored the situation on an ongoing basis.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I find out this company from Google and at first I worried and have doubt about it (especially online search) . The reviews and comments by others are good. Somehow it gives me confidence to try to use their service.

Mr Guan will always respond to messages promptly. Despite his busy schedules, he came to inspect our house and given his valuable advice today (early morning).
We really appreciate for his time spent and  sincere opinions on this roof issues as our home is more than 50 years old.

Even though we did not get the roof replacement done (as this is not a minor repair), we are still looking forward to have opportunity to engage him for other home improvements in future.
